What Nameer does today — and what it doesn’t do yet.

Nameer is an e-commerce platform for launching and running an online store in Switzerland. You get a storefront in German, French, Italian or English, a dashboard to run it, and payment on delivery — with online payments through your own Stripe account coming soon.

Your storefront speaks German (standard German), French, Italian and English: you open your store in one of them and can switch on the others at any time in Store settings. Everything your shoppers see — buttons, forms, checkout and emails — is in their language. The dashboard itself is currently in English.

Each store sells in one currency: Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR). You choose it when you create your store. Nameer does not convert between currencies, and your past orders always keep the currency they were placed in.

Your prices include VAT, as Swiss and EU consumer-price rules expect. You enter the VAT rates that apply to your business — a standard and a reduced rate — and mark products as standard, reduced or VAT-exempt; Nameer then shows the VAT contained in every order. Nameer does not determine your tax obligations and does not file VAT returns; please check your situation with your accountant.

Today your shoppers pay cash or card on delivery. Online payments through your own Stripe account are coming soon: you will set it up from the dashboard on Stripe’s secure pages, payments go directly to you, and Nameer takes no commission. Depending on what Stripe enables for your business, shoppers will be able to pay by card, TWINT (in CHF), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

Yes. You choose the countries you deliver to — Switzerland, Liechtenstein and European countries — and set delivery zones with their own fees by country, canton or postal code. Nameer does not connect to carriers such as Swiss Post yet, and cross-border VAT (for example the EU One-Stop-Shop) is not automated.

Every store gets its own address, like yourstore.vautier.store, secured with HTTPS. On the Growth, Scale and Business plans you can also connect your own domain name.

In your dashboard: add products with photos, prices and descriptions, organise them into categories, and publish them when they’re ready. You can also start from a demo catalogue and edit it to make it your own.

Yes, depending on your plan. With Basic you run your store on your own with the Default theme. Growth and Scale include additional team members — the pricing page shows how many — with roles Owner, Admin and Staff, and every released theme. For Business, both are agreed with you. Pending invitations count towards your team members.

Every new store starts with a free trial, no card needed. After that you choose Basic, Growth or Scale, billed monthly or yearly — yearly gives you 2 months free. Prices are listed in CHF on the pricing page and include VAT. Business is priced individually for your company.

Yes. Isolation is Nameer’s first rule: every product, customer, order, payment and file belongs to exactly one store, and the server checks it on every request.
